A epeoial meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission vas ealled to order April 211 1976 at 700 P. M.
by chairman Bid eganeta, It was noted that a quorum was
present.
Mick Cole gave a Subdivision Committee report regding
the review of Eagle Ranch #3 Subdivisions A motion vas
made by Mick Cole that the Planning and Zoning Commission
has reviewed and accepted the final plat of Eagle Ranch #3
Subdivision in aecordaxaoe with the ourrent Eagle City
Zoning Ordinance. The motion was seconded by Sharon Sharp.
Motion was passed unanimously in favor.
Mick Cole discussed the need of final plat reviews
by the' Planning and Zoning Commission after a final approval
has already been given for Major Impact Developments. It
was discussed and decided that the Planning and Zoning
Commission send a letter to the Eagle City Council stating
that the City Council should be directed as the only city
governing board to review final plate unless there lies a
definite question regarding the current zoning ordinance.
Mick Cole agreed to prepare a fetter which would be approved
by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Being a special meeting. no further business was
discussed and the meeting adjourned,
