Dear Committee Members:
In accordance with Mayor Jerry Deckard's letter of February 3, 1976, we are
resubmitting our application to the Planning & Zoning Commission for approval
of our shopping center plans.
In accordance with Mr. Deckard's request, we hereby submit the following:
1. We are participating with a group of developers who are funding the
new sewer extension through the east end of our property. We plan
to hook on to this sewer upon the opening of our shopping center.
2. As you can see from our new plans, we have changed the road ingress/
egress to meet Eagle zoning specifications and requirements.
3. We are planning to begin construction this summer on buildings C and
D and estimate their time of completion by year end, 1976. Building
A is proposed to begin construction in September, 1976, and will be
completed by April, 1977. The balance of the center is currently
open for leasing with no estimated time scheduled for construction.
We anticipate the entire project to be developed by year end, 1982.
4. We look forward to having the Planning and Zoning Commission review
all final plans of our project as they are completed.
We would appreciate your favorable consideration of our proposal and look
