The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order by acting chairman. Mayor
Deckard at 7:30 P, M., Monday, Larch 1, 1976.
The absence of I►1ick Cole Vias excused
Marvin Adams made a motion that the minutes be accepted
as printed. Helen House seconded the motion.
Mayor Deckard informed the commission of the resignation
of chairman Don Brooks. Cliff Stephenson made a motion
that Mike f3ideganeta be nominated as chairmar of the
Eagle Planning and Zoning Coi m _ss? on, Helen House seconded
the motion. Marvin Adams moved the nominations close.
Sharon Sharp seconded the motion. Mike Did eane a
abstained from voting.
Cliff Stephenson moved that tha Planning and Zoning
Commission recommend approval ,f the Eagle
:lest Subdivision #1 in accordance with the p . Ir s as
specifications as approved 'oy the county connissioncrs.
Sharon Sharp seconded the motion. Mike 13i6eanets abstained
due to conflict of interest.
The committee for "Area of Impact" recommend,:d an area
2 miles '1n each of four directions from the .? t:o .: light:
in the center of Eagle.
Cliff Stephenson made a motion to recomuliivfl ;o the City

Chariman Bideganeta spoke to the commission on senate
bill 109i at their responsibility's to the conflict
of interest clause on Planning and Zoning Members.
Cliff Stephenson made a motion that the Planning and
Zoning meetings be changed from the first blonday to
the first Tuesday of each month and be held at 7soo P. M.
Kaehleen DeChambeau seconded the motion. i:elen House
apposed.
Jerry Deckard made a motion to adjourn the meeting at
8:30 P. M. Cliff Stephenson seconded the motion.
