A copy of this bud -zet has been entered into the minutes. Adams made a motion to recommend to the City Council approval. of a conditional use application for Eagle Crest ..partrnents. Sharp seconded the motion. Stephenson, 2idezaneta., DeChambeau House, Tad lock: and Cullen voted against. ':otion failed. Stephenson made motion to recofflrren_d to the Cit?r Council approval of a conditional use application for Mlerest Apartments stipulating the foll.lowin condition - 1.. DeChambeau and Sharp abstained. Bideganeta made a motion to approve the :'iri 7ht-I:ea sure t. jor Impact Development subject to the following conditions: 1. That they hook up to the city sewer. 2. That they redesign the ingress -egress to meet Eagle Zoning specifications. 3. That they submit a timed development schedule for Phase I not to exceed five years. 4. That the Planing and Zoning reserve the right to review the final Phase I plan. The motion died for lack of a second. Tadlock made a motion that we request ,fright -Leasure to make the following changes or adjustments to their I'1ajor Impact Development application and resubmit the application to the Planning and Zoning Commission. 1. Certification of hook -un to the City sewer. 2. Changes the road ingress -egress bo meet Eagle Zoning specifications. 3. A timed schedule for completion of Phase I and Fhase 11 be presented with a time limit on Phase I. 4. Planning and Zoning Commission reserve the right to review all final plans of this project. Adams seconded the motion. House, Sharp and Stephenson abstained. Bideganeta voted against. i;,otion Carried.
