Emily DeShazo made a motion to recommend that the city
council accept the Van Heea appticat.ion iot a eommehc-iat
bu.itd.ing . Mick Cote seconded the motion.
Don W.i.t'den presented a phoposat that i.s pending be4on.e
the Ada County Comm.iss.ionens £or a nestaunant at the cornet
o6 Edg ewo o d and State Street.
Mien Cote moved that the application be sent to the
thanspontat.ion committee to maize a neeommendat.ion to the
City Council Lon their meeting on 10/14/75. Mn. Tadlock
seconded the motion.
Mn. Tad.eock moved that the Planning and Zoning hecom-
mend the City Counc.i.t' refect .the dnast ent.Lt.t'ed "Att.ictes
os Agreement, Ada Planning Commission." Mike S.ideganeta
seconded the motion.
Mick Cote moved that .4.t be entered in the minutes that
the eond.it.ionat use penm..t appt.ieation 04 Robert DeShazo
du.itden, Inc. will have .its public heating on October 20,
1975. Mike Sideganeta seconded the motion.
Discussion ensued negardi ng timing on notice sent to
pnopehty owners. The comm.i,ss.i0n £ett that the notice should
be sent simultaneously with publication or on the date 04
publication.
