Minutes - 1975 - Planning & Zoning - 09/02/1975 - RegularCITY OF EAGLE P.O. BOX 477 • EAGLE, IDAHO 83616 September 2, 1975 The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Acting Chairman Don G. Brooks at 7:40 P. M. on Tuesday, September 2, 1975. The absence of Stephenson, DeShazo and House was excused. A Public Hearing was held reguarding the application of Clarence Suiter to change the R-10 zoning classification of the strip of land lying between the Highway 44 frontage (300 feet) and the present Townhouse Development to C -A classification. Following the hearing Deckard moved to recommend approval of the Suiter application to the City Council. Barnes seconded the motion. Kathleen DeChambeau moved to recommend to the City Council the adoption of a sign ordinance with the perameters of this proposed sign ordinance 3.0 and repeal existing ordinance 3.10. Mike Bidagenetta seconded the motion. Col moved the A. C. 0. G. critique of 8/14/75 be communicated to the City Council for their assistance in adopting a sign ordinance. Bideganeta seconded the motion. The 4 ouncil>reviewed forms and applications ' as prepared by Ron Grafstra of the A. C. 0. G. Changes were made and the package sent to the clerk's office for typing. Members of the council were asked to prepare a list of items they would like to propose for the 1976 budget for Planning and Zoning. There being no further business to come before the council, the meeting was adjourned. Acting Chairman
