PLANNING AND ZONING MEMBERS:
Subject: Budget
The City of Eagle prepared it's budget for 1975 with a
$100.00 allocation to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
As the year has progressed we have found that it is
not near enough to cover expenses. Therefore, I have only
charged the commission with $20.00 postage and $81.40 for
printing of the sign ordinance. All other expenses have
been charged to the city's budget.
Income for the year is as follows:
Beers Variance Permit
Mitchell Rezone and MID
Suiter Rezone
Rochnowski Conditional Use

The City will ask you to submit your budget for 1976 by
December 15, 1975. This year we will need a detailed budget
of all expenses anticipated, along with the anticipated income.
I would like to suggest that your commission have paper and
envlopes printed.
