June 30, 1975
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order on June 30, 1975 at 7:30 P.M.
by Chairman Cliff Stephenson. The excused absences of Alan
Giltzow and Kathleen DeChambeau were noted. The minutes
from the meeting of June 9, 1975 were approved as read.
A public hearing for the Eagle Mall Shopping Center
rezone application was held. At the next regularly scheduled
meeting, July 7, 1975, Eagle Planning and Zoning will give
a recommendation to the City Council.
Emily DeShazo made a motion that the Glen Rhodes application
be referred to the subdivision committee for review. Don
Brooks seconded the motion.
Don Brooks made a motion that the Eagle Planning and
Zoning Commission table all further discussion on the Sign
Ordinance until the next regular meeting of the Commission.
Jerry Deckard seconded the motion.
Emily DeShazo made a motion that the Larry Brown
application be referred to the flood plain subcommittee.
Jerry Deckard seconded the motion.
Jerry Deckard made a motion that the Eagle Planning and
Zoning Commission refer Mr. Henke's application for. A.duplex
in the Mis i•n..=•bdivision to the building inspector for an
inspectio rep• to the Planning and Zoning on July 7, 1975.
Don Brooks seconded the motion.
