A special meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order on June 9, 1975 by
Chairman Cliff Stephenson at 7:45 P.M. The excused
absences of Neten douse, Emily DeShazo and Alan Gi l tzow
were noted. The minutes from the meet i no of June 2, 1975
were read and approved.
Don ^rooks made a motion statins that the next regularly
scheduled meeting date be changed from June 16, 1975 to be
held on June 30, 1975. Jerry Deckard seconded the motion.
The following persons are recommended to the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission as prospective members:
Wayne Crosby, Michael CoIe, Jerry Potter, Nike ideganeta
Joe Stewart, from Signs, Inc., visited. :Ie discussed
the proposed sign ordinance. A workshop will he held on
.lune 16, 1975 at the Deckard residence to continue the
discussion.
There being no further business to come be6Gre the
Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission, the meeting was
adjourned.
