The rec,u I ar meeting of the Eagle Planning and
Zoning Commission was ba i bed to order on June 2, 1975 by
Chairman Cliff Stephenson at 7:30 P.M. The excused
absences of Alan Gi I tzow and Don r3rooks were noted.
The minutes from the meeting of May 19, 1975 were read
and approved.
Wayne Gibbs, from l ome-Pac Consultants visited.
Royce Fifer explained what he planned to do with
his newly purchased land from Mr. Wilkerson.
SartMitchell, and Leslie K i l l i ngsworth, a profess-
ional
rofess-
ional Engineer, representing the Mitchell -Van Aucker
Hall, visited. There will be a Public Hearing on their
project within 15 days.
The Chairman read the resignation letter from Doc
House to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
.toe Stewart, from Signs, Inc. visited in regards to
the True Value nil Company sign.
Emily DeShazo made a motion that Eagle Planning and
Zoning have a special meeting next Monday, June 9, 1975,
to specifically d i scum; s i gns and more members for the
Commission vacancies. Marion Tad i ock seconded the motion
There being no further business to come before the
Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission, the meeting was
adjourned.
