A special meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was held Tuesday, May 6th, 1975 at 10:30
A. M. Members in attendance were Deckard, Tadlock,
DeShazo, Stephenson and DeChambeau.
The building permit application of Jack Taylor
was reviewed.
Marion Tadlock made a motion to recommend approval
of the application of Jack L. Taylor for a building
permit for construction of a residence in compliance
with the proposal of a 3 foot fill over present ground
level and also in accordance with approval of the
septic system by the Central Health District. Kathleen
DeChambeau seconded the motion.
There being no further business to come before the
Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission, t e special
meeting was adjourned.
