The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order on May 5, 1975 by Chairman
Cliff Stephenson at 7:55 P.M. Alan Gi ltzow and Don Brooks
notified the secretary of their absence and were excused.
The absences of C. L. Nouse and H. Nouse were noted.
Minutes from the meeting of April 28, 1975 were approved as
read.
Jerry Deckard made a motion to reconsider Mr. Beers
application for location of a mobile home on his property.
(refer to 3-2,6) This application to be considered with a
Central ea 1 th District approval of sewage system. This
entire question to be referred to Attorney Cosho. Emily
DeShazo seconded the motion.
The Mitchell -Van Auker Mall was represented by 9ert

to the Sewer Committee.
Marion Tadlock made a motion recommending approval of
the fencing and canopy application of Jerry Potter provided
that: the State Highway Department approves this installation
as in accordance with the pertinant State Regulations. Jerry

Wayne Adams' Conditional Use Permit application was
ref€fired to Attorney Cosho on the matter of defining certain
terms in the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to this matter.
Mmin$Eitration Committee had no formal recommendation
for the sign ordinance except to refer it to the Eagle Mer-
chants' Association for their input.
The Subdivision Committee is directing a letter to the
developer of the Van 'fees Subdivision,
The Zanders Parking application was referred to the
Transportation Committee until June when the Zanders Brothers
have more information.
A special meeting on the Jack Taylor Ruilding Permit
Application will be held at the site Tuesday, rtlay 6, 1975
between 10:00 and 10:30.
