The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairman Cliff Stephenson at 7:45 P. M. Members in
absence were: r' rte', Alan G i I tzow.

Glen Rhodes' application was referred to the Subdivision Committee.
.ferry Potter's application was referred to the Transportation Committee
for review concerning setbacks and parking.
Wayne Adams' Conditional Use application was referred to the Sewer
Committee.
The Sewer Committee was also supposed to review the Mitchell -Van Auker
application.
'The Subdivision Committee was directed to study the Van lees application
and the Mitchell -Van Auker application.
The Administration Committee was to review the proposed sign ordinance.
Zanders parking application was referred to the Transportation Committee.
The meeting was adjourned in order to allow the individual co mit es to
