February 18, 1975
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairman Cliff Stephenson. Kathleen moved we dispense
with the reading of the minutes. seconded.
Roger Zanders presented an application for a sign permit to construct a
sign 6 ft. by 3 ft. reading Eagle Paint and Glass with Fuller paints logo.
The sign would be located on the building's roof, perpendicular to the
highway. Phil Uamon from Fuller presented material showing the limited
number of options available in ready made signs from Fuller's.
During the discussion it was noted that Zanders are the new 1 esees of the
building which was formerly Lord's Food Storage west of Idaho First
National Bank. It was also noted that any other changes of the property
would possibly need building permit applications. The commission reqqested
a site plan and parking layout from Mr. Zanders.
ACOG's proposed surface drainage ordinance was presented. Jerry Deckard will
call ACOG to have someone come out and explain it to us.
The Commission wished to restate its response to ACOG letter of February
Il, 1975 and request assistance in the areas of transportation planning
and map.
Jerry Deckard moved that we formally recommend the following priorities
to City Council and ACOG:
The Eagle Sewer, its capacity, limitations, and status with county and
state health.
Doc House seconded the motion.
Discussion on signs was tabled for further research.
Ordinance # 23 was read. Jerry Deckard recommended approval.
seconded the motion.
Jerry Deckard presented a memorandum from Mr. Sanders from State Health
regarding Eagle Sewer capacity.
Discussion of remodel at Library for City .la l l was held. Mr. Zanders
volunteered to help.
There being no further business to come before the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission, the meeting was adjourned.

7:30 P.K. Members absent were: Helen douse, Alan G i l tzow, Kathleen
DeChabeau.
The commission adjourned to meet in subcommittees who will present their
recommendations at the next Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission meeti
