The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
ca 1 eed to order by Chairman Cliff Stepheson on February 3; 19?5 at
7:30 P.M.
A rough draft of a proposed sign ordinance was presented for reactions,
ques+ions, and comments.
Larry Strong representing Eagle West Subdivision was asked to complete his
package for major impact Bevel opemnt . Mr. Strong was aware of the three
major voids that he needs to fill. it was noted that the sewer plan shows
an 18 inch line thru Eagle West intead of an 8 inch.
Alan Giltzow made a motion to recommend to the City Council that they
request assistance for Planning and Zoning with transportation p I ann i no and
maps. Don Brooks seconded the motion.
Jerry Deckard moved that we request ACO('s assistance in the areas of sewage
treatment and government funding assistance in the area of sewage disposal
due to the urgency of the sewer problem in Eagle. Alan GiItzow seconded the

Robert DeShazo from Robert DeShazo Builder, Inc. submitted an application
for a conal it i ona 1 use permit on Ldt 12, R1 ock 1 Eagle Ranch Subdivision.
The proposed use is for a series of approximately five separate profess-
ional offices of 1000 square feet each. ;;e stated +ha+ the location of
single family residences would he unclesireaple on +ha+ lot duce to the
traffic flow on N. Eagle Road.
Mr. DeShazo also presented an application for a sign permit to construct
a sign approximately 3 feet by 18 feet +o identify the opening to Eagle
Ranch Subdivision. Ue $eft -plans and specifications for the commission's
review.
Alan Giltzow moved that we recommend to the City Council the elimination
of the twenty-five foot rear yard setback in the C zone. .ferry Deckard
seconded the motion.
Commission members received copies of AGOG surface drainage ordinance.
Mr. Deckard moved that the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission invite
the ACOG staff to the next meeting to justify the surface drainage ordinance
before this body prior to any endorsement. Mr. Giltzow seconded the motion.
Mr. Deckard volunteered to help with minutes and th0.r indexing or cross-
