January 6, 1975
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission was
called to order January 6, 1975, by Cliff Stephenson at 7:30 P.M.
Absences of Giltzow, House, D. and House, H. were noted.
Don Brooks moved that the reading of the minutes of the last
meeting be waived. Kathleen DeChambeau seconded the motion.
Copies of drainage legislation were passed out to the members to
read. General discussion on the sign ordinance ensued and each
member os to write twelve items needed in a sign ordinance and
bring a written version to the next meeting.
Emily DeShazo made a motion that the commission recommend to the
City Council to lower the speed limit on Highway 44 through Eagle
to 25 miles per hour. Kathleen DeChambeau seconded the motion.
Jerry Deckard made a motion to restate to City Council the fact that
Eagle West major impact developement package is still incomplete
and is not ready for recommendation to City Council. Don Brooks
seconded the motion.
