November 18, 1974
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order November 18, 1974 by
Cliff Stephenson at 7:30 P.M. The absence of Alan
Giltzow and Don Brooks were excused.
A pamphlet, "Sign Building Standards" was presented by
Al Murphy representing Joe Stewart of Signs, Inc., in
considering his request for a "variance." Emily DeShazo
made a motion to table this request for further study.
Jerry Deckard seconded the motion.
NIr. Deckard made a motion to table the request from
Image National Sign Company for further study. Mr.
Tadlock seconded the motion.
Doc House moved that Planning and Zoning recommend that
the City Council send a letter to Ada County Planning
and Zoning stating that the road from Highway 4.4 north
to the Stiburek and Beer's property is a private road.
Jerry Deckard seconded the motion.
Items still missing from the package for the Eagle West
Major Impact Development are:
1. Bicycle Path Easement
2. Articles of Incorporation
3. State Approved Sewer Plan
4. Statement of Depth of Utilities
Helen House made a motion to instruct the secretary to
write a letter to the Farm Home Administration stating
that the City of Eagle approves the concept of the Eagle
West Major Impact Development, but approval of the
subdivision depends on meeting Zoning restrictions and
presentation of a complete MID package.
iazarene Church building tabled until December 2nd.
