The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Eagle was called to order at 7:50 P. M.
by Chairman, Cliff Stephenson. Members in attendance
were: Coon, Tadlock, DeChambeau.
Note was made to ask the City Council for all information
on 2nd street, including typical section, scale drawing,
legal description. (Metes & Bounds)
Van Nees builders presented their planning inventory
including "typical" road plans. Mr. Coon asked about
sewer, drainage, water company, and homeowners association.
Mrs. DeChambeau asked about curb 7 gutter, sidewalk, bike
path, screeing, and fence. Mr. Friend will check meeting
point of Van Hees & Goul roads and will return for further
discussion on the 16th.
Ask ACOG how much it would cost to print more copies
of ordinances.
Send copy of Zoning Ordinance to Esco, Inc.
Mr. Mitchell will present revised froms October 7th, 1974.
Discussion was held concerning the former feed store. Doug
Mitchell took a copy of Ordinance #5 and will check with
Susan Stacy on how the ordinance applies to prior ownership.
Questions arose reguarding parking, traffic, and signing.
Cliff will also discuss and investigate further, then make
a presentation to City Council, basically requesting that
the matter be referred to Planning and Zoning.
Mr. Tadlock brought up the topic of additional trailers
being parked in City. He will investigate and bring the
matter to City Council or Planning and Zoning. Building
Code Ordinance #5 may have been violated again.
Secretary was instructed to call ACOG and ask about the
transportation plan. Tell Susan Cliff will call Thursday.
Mrs. DeChambeau moved that the meeting be adjourned. Mr.
Tadlock seconded the motion.
