The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order on March 14, 1974 by
chairman Cliff Stephenson at 7:30. Minutes of the
meeting of February 28, 1974 were read and approved.
Doug Mitchell was presented by Mrs. DeChambeau as a
nominee for the Commission. He presented his employment
at the Idaho Health Commission as basis for being on the
Commission. Mr Richard Sumner was also presented as a
nominee for the Commission.
Mrs. House made a motion that a building permit be
denied for Mr. Deckard until he has abtained a Cond-
itional Use Permit and a request for design review.
Mr. Tadiock seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
The secretary was instructed to send a letter to the City
Council recommending that Building Permits should be
reviewed by Planning and Zoning.
Cliff volunteered to call Dean Mutch to ask for help
on ways of being proficient at positions on the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission.
Bill Sharpe was asked to point out to us any new business
or to review to us what is going on in Planning and Zoning.
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission recommends Doug
Mitchell, Alan Giltzow, and Jack Coons be appointed to
Planning and Zoning Commission if their qualifications
meet up to standards.
There being no further business to come before the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission, the mee in was journe .
