The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order on Februayy 21, 1974
by chairman Bill Sharpe. Members in attendance were
Sharpe, Stephenson, Tadlock, DeShazo, and Mayor Adams.
Minutes from February 14, 1974 were read and approved.
"Abbott's Lane" was discussed. Mayor Adams stated that
Mr. Sonneville recommended gravelling only, due to the
fact that sewer is not scheduled up there.
Cliff made a motion that we recommend to Mr. Sonneville
37 foot road with curbs, gutters.
We discussed a change of meeting times, places, or
chairman. Bill's days off have been changed to Friday
and Saturday so we need to send him to an advisory
capacity.
Mr. Tadlock made a report from ACOG on
Advisory Committees and Task Forces.
Rights of citizens owning livestock in
area are being infringed upon.
Questions were raised on'the Leash Law.

There being no further business to come before the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission, the meeting was adjourned.
