The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order on February 14, 1974
by Cliff Stephenson at 7:40 P.M. Members in attendance
were Sharpe, Stephenson, DeShazo, House, and DeChambeau.
Minutes fron February 7, 1974 were read and approved.
Cliff reported on City Council meeting of February 12, 1974.
He presented the zoning map.
The next order of business regarded a request from Abbott
for a street up the section line. Request was tabled
until further study.
It was decided that the Library should be taken over by
the City.
Concerning the Planning and Zoning Budget, Cliff made a
motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission request
$100.00 for coming fiscal year. Helen House seconded the
motion. All expenditures are to be approved by the City
Council and/or the mayor.
There is a need for various forms for permits and requests.
There being no further business to come before the Eagle
