February 7, 1974
The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order February 7, 1974 at
7:45 P.M. by chairman Bill Sharpe. Members in attend-
ance were Stephenson, DeShazo, Tadlock, And DeChambeau.
Minutes of January 31, 1974 were read and approved.
Mr. Goul reviewed his progress on the townhouse devel-
opment stating he had appeared before city council and
sewer board.
Magor Adams reviewed City Council action on February 6,
1974 and the agenda for February 12, 1974.
Andy Anderson from A&C presented a program on 16 unit
development. He reviewed the objections raised regarding
canal, danger, street widths, number of units, and rental
agreement.
We reviewed zoning maps 1 &2 which will be sent to the
City Council.
Cliff made a motion that Mr. Anderson be sent forms for
a subdivision. Mr. Tadlock seconded the motion.
Letter to City Council indicating maps to choose from,
to which comments, additions and corrections may be made.
Cliff was appointed to go to City Council in order to
assist in presentation of map.
Mr. Tadlock reported on ACOG meeting that he attended.
Questions were raised on Regional Planning, Commercial
parking, frontage road definition for Commercial zone.
The secretary was instructed to write a letter recom-
mending Goul to City Council.
Cliff Stephenson was elected Associate Chairman of the
Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission by unanimous
consent of the group.
There being no further business to come before the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission the meeting was adjourned.
