The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order on January 31, 1974
at 7:30 P.M. by Cliff Stephenson. Members in attend-
ance were Tadlock, Sharpe, Stephenson, DeChambeau,
House, and Adams.
ACOG would like one member of the Ealge Planning and
Zoning Commission to come to their meetings. Mr.
Tadlock volunteered to attend.
It was brought to our attention that the terms of
office for the Commission should be indicated.
The Park Road Subdivision was discussed. It was
mentioned that a twenty foot right of way was already
there. Cliff made a motion to table this matter until
further study.
Eagle Hills P.U.D., Mr. Huff wants annexation. It was
noted that if he was under the Idako Code while he
builds that they would inspect the project.
The sewer is our first headache and it was suggested that
a letter and map be sent to Mr. Sacht at the State
Highway Depattment asking him for a sewer study.
There being no further business to come before the Eagle
Planning and Zoning Commission, the meeting was d eu ed.
