The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order January 17, 1973 at 8:00 P.M. by
chairman Bill Sharpe. Members in attendance were Tadlock,
DeShazo, DeChambeau, Sharpe, Adams, and Stacy. Minutes
from January 10, 1974 were read.
The secretary was instructed to send letters to the City
Council regarding the removal of Sprute and Mendiola,
to write a request for City Council to write tothe Ada
County Health Department, and for a Conditional Use
Permit for the Litty property.
From the office of the mayor, Bill read a letter request-
ing date of completion of zoning ordinance.
We read through additions and corrections to the zoning
ordinance. We discussed the total number of acres
zoned for mobil homes. There is also a need for discus-
sion on density and sizes.
It was decided that when the flood plain ordinance is
adopted we will try to go along with it. We need to
identify collector streets.
There being no further business to come before the Eag e
Planning and Zoning Commission, the meas o.►ned.
