The regular meeting of the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order by Chairman Pro Tem Lou
Mendiola at 7:30 P. M.
Members in attendance: Mendiola, DeC hambeau, Stephenson,
Adams and Smidt.
Ada County Planning asked for land use plan. Review of
present map; acog and zoning commission.
New Business: Proposed mobile home court of approximately
56 units, consisting of 4,000 square feet with a commercial
strip of 150 feet. John Smidt made a motion to check
with the sewer board on the sewer capacity and the easement
between propertties on the west side. This plan was
presented by Coon and Stephenson. Smidt's motion also
recommended that the planners receive a letter from the
developers stating exact intentions. Kathllen DeChambeau
seconded the motion.
