All members were present except Gerald Sprute, W. G. Bozrtan & Ann Patterson.
The old business of house numbering was brought up by Mr. Stephenson who
made a motion we start numbering at the blinker light and go east & west
on 44th and north & south on North Eagle Road. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Adams.
Mr. Baccus was to ask the Council to publish the fact that the new numbers
were not to be used for mailing purposes. The Council's approval was
requested.
Mr. Baccus was also given a letter to take to the Council asking them
to request A.C.O.G. to help the planners. The cost to be under the present
funding. A.C.O.G. has agreed to do this if requested by the Council.
Mrs. Patterson sent a letter of resignation and it was suggested that
Mrs. Beautrow be asked to replace her. Mrs. DeChambeau was requested to
call her.
Mr. Baccus is going to discuss Mr. Smith's plan to enlarge his trailer
court with the Council members.
Wayne Adams made a motion for adjournment. Kathleen DeChambeau seconded
the motion. Meeting adjourned.
