RESOLUTION NO. 10
WE, the undersigned, Mayor and Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada County, State of Idaho, at a regular meeting of said
City Council on the 9th day of July, 1974, upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, suspended the rules of said Council and
adopted Ordinance No. 10 of the City of Eagle.
