A special Planning and Zoning Meeting was held August
29, 1972 at 7:30 P. M. at the City Hall.
Members present were: Vice -Chairman Lou Mendiola, Jr.,
Kathleen DeChambeau, Gerald Sprute, Mayor Adams and City
Clerk Judith A. Mendiola.
Minutes of the previous meetings of August 21st and 28th were
read by Judy Mendiola, and a motion was made by Gerald Sprute
that they stand approved as read.
Presentation was made by Gerald Sprute for a resolution
to accept a land use map designating sewer system boundarys
and density areas with a forecast of 30 years.
After much discussion it was decided to give this map to
Mr. Ricci with the approval of the Planning and Zoning
Commission, pending approval of a resolution by the City
Council.
A resolution was drawn up concerning this map to be presented
by Mayor Adams to the City Council at the next regularly
scheduled meeting of September 11, 1972•
