The minutes of the ane Planning and Zoning were
read and approved.
Under new business: The proposed new mobile hole
park (Rose and Richard 9. Smith Develop.) was discussed
at lenghth. The park would be located east of the
Otis Young "obile Horne Park with 65 mobile home sites.
The proposal will be furthered studied by the
committee as to sewer, water and ground use.
There was a special meeting called for June 26, 1972
for a hearing for local citizens to discuss the pro-
ject further.
A motion was made, seconded and passed to approve
and accept Ada County regulations for zoning to apply
to Eagle Council decision.
