The regular Zoning and Planning Comm. meeting
was held April 24, 1972 at 7:30 PM at the Eagle Library..
'Aeribers present were Chairman Elmer Bacus, Lou '•Sendiola,
Kathleen DeChambeau, Bill Taylor, Jr., Cliff Stevenson,
and Robert DeShaxo.
Bill Taylor withdrew his request for a zoning
change on the property questioned for another four-
plex, known as the Buchanan Subdivision, Mission Street.
The Zoning Committee recommends to the Eagle City
Council that a spe&dal use permit be issued for
the four-plex under construction with the restrictions
to be decided by the Eagle City Council.
Mrs. DeChambeau requested that additional area
be set aside for parking area on the north dide of
the existing four -plea.
Meeting adjorned.
