Commissioner Ivie moved to approve the minutes of October 17, 2024, as written. Seconded
by Commissioner Domene. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.

5. REPORTS:
Staff Report provided by Eric Ziegenfuss, Public Works Director.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Dave Yorgason — 13965 W. Chinden #201 Boise. Presented on a Preliminary Plat for Riverbend Commons
Subdivision.
B. City Staff — Daniel Miller presented on Riverbend Commons Subdivision.
Council Member Kvamme removed himself from the building at 6:00pm
Video Recording stopped at 57.47 — Details were not available to complete the minutes.
Vice Chair Faustina approves the staff recommendation of Riverbend Commons Subdivision.
Seconded by Commissioner Ivie.
