A RESOLUTION CORRECTING TYPOGRAPIIICAL AND TRANSPOSITION
ERRORS AND CLEARING AMBIGUITIES IN ORDINANCE 130.
BE I T RESOLVED BY TH E MAYOR AND COUNC IL OF TII E CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO THAT:
Section I. In line 7 & 8 strike "the N! Nwi portions
add
of the E ! all in Section 9" and^"the SEi of Section 9."
Section 2.
Eagle East Annexation.
Strike Paragraph 3
Page I
Ordinance #30.
In paragraph 4 strike "A portion
of the E! of Section 9" and "lying southerly from the
centerline of Floating Feather Road westerly from the
centerline of Edgewood Lane."
Add "the SEi of Section¡9
lying northeast of the centerline of State Highway 44 including
that portion of Eagle Hi lis Weat #1 lying therein."
