RESOLUTION NO. ~~
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and Council of the City
of Eagle, Idaho that:
Section 1.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENDORSING AND
ADOPTING A TRANSPORTATION PLANNING PROSPECTUS.
Section 2.
The City of Eagle is a recognized
member of the Ada Planning Association.
Section 3.
The Ada Planning Association has approved
the Transportation Planning Prospectus.
Section 4.
The City of Eagle concurs in the roles,
responsibilities and organizational framework proposed in
said document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of
Eagle endorse and hereby formally adopts the Transportation
Planning Prospectus.
