BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Eagle, Idaho, that:
Section 1.
The Eagle, Idaho Comprehensive Plan dated
January 1978 is hereby adopted.
A copy of said Comprehensive
Plan is attached to this resolution.
Section
2.
This Resolution shall take effect and be
in full force immediately upon its passage and approval.
