RESOLUTION NO. 4-78
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor ßnd Council of the City
of Eagle, Idaho that:
Section 1.
There is a document known as the Policy and
Procedure Manual for the employees of the City of Eagle.
Section 2.
That this document has been approved by
the Mayor and City Council and shall be in full force upon
passage of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.
That this resolution shall take
effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage
and approval.
