RESOLUTION NO. 2-79
BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and Council of the City
of Eagle, Idaho that:
Section 1.
The City of Eagle approves the concept of
an Eagle Bypass to be located south of town.
Section 2.
The City of Eagle encourages the
Transportation Department of the State of Idaho to place
the highest priority possible on this Highway Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.
That this resolution shall
take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage
and approval.
