RESOLUTION 5-79
BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and Council of the City
of Eagle, Idaho that:
Section 1. The City of Eagle has complied with the
Procedures set forth in Idaho Code 50-l306A. Vacation
of plats and hereby grants the request to vacate a
portion of a public utility easement located at the rear of
Lots 48 and 49 of Eagle Hills West No.4 Subdivision as
petitioned by Sherwood West, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.
That this resolution shall
take effect and be in full force immediately upon its
