BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and Council of the City
of Eagle, Idaho that:
Section 1.
The Fee Schedule enacted within the
city limits of the City of Eagle, Idaho in Resolution No. 1-79
will be amended to iBclude Vacation of Plat - $100.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution shall
take effect and be in full force immediately upon its
