WE, the undersigned, Mayor and Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada County, State of Idaho, at a regular meeting of said
City Council on the 14th day of June, 1971, upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, suspended the rules of said Council and
adopted Ordinance No~ 4 of the City of Eagle.
