RESOLUTION
WE, the undersigned, Mayor and Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada county, State of Idaho, at a regular meeting of said
City Council on the /3-d. day of ~,~,J, 1971, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, suspended the rules of said
Council and adopted Ordinance No.6 of the City of Eagle.
