A RESOLUTION TO UPDATE TABLE VI-I, VI-2, VI-3, and VI-4 OF
THE CAPITAL IMPROVMENTS PROGRAI-1, EAGLE, IDAHO, DATED NOVEMBER
28, 1978.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and Council of the City of
Eagle, Idaho that:
SECTION 1.
TABLE VI-I, VI-2, VI-3, and VI-4 of the
Capital Improvements Program, Eagle, Idaho, dated NovemQer
28, 1978 shall be deleted.
SECTION 2.
TABLE VI-I, VI-2, VI-3, and VI-4 attached to
this resolution shall be inserted into the Capital Improvements
Program, dåted November 28, 1978.
They shall be considered
a part of the permanent document.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall go into effect upon
its passage and approval.
