RESOLUTION 2-81
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF THE FACILITY AND TREATMENT
ALTERNATIVE OF THE EAGLE SEWER DISTRICT, RECOMMENDING THE METHOD
OF PAYMENT, RECOMMENDING DISPATCH PROCEEDINGS, AND COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF EAGLE AND THE EAGLE SEWER DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho that:
Section 1. The City of Eagle recommends that the Board of
Directors, Eagle Sewer District, adopt the facility and treatment
alternative presented at their public hearing on January 15,1981,
i. e., aerated lagoons and rapid infiltration.
FURTHER, that a twenty (20) year bond be used as the
instrument to pay for local costs.
FURTHER, that the Eagle Sewer Board proceed with dispatch since
this project has such a strong influence on the future of Eagle.
FURTHER, that the spirit of cooperation that exists between
the Eagle Sewer Board and the Eagle City Council continue in the
future.
FURTHER, this resolution shall go into effect upon its passage
and approval.
