BY THE COUNCIL:
DECKER, HALEY, KRASEN, PEARMAN
A RESOLUTION PROPOSING DEVELOPMENT OF THE HILLSIDE PARK WITHIN THE
CITY OF EAGLE, FUNDING OF THE PROJECT AND LETTING OF BID TO PROCEED
WITH DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, on August 9, 1979 the City of Eagle received approval
of a Eagle Park project from the Heritage Conservation and
Recreation Service in the amount of $33,000.00; and
WHEREAS, this project approval will expire December 31, 1981; and
WHEREAS, a concept drawing of the park has been prepared by
J.U.B. Engineers, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1. Upon receipt of plans and specifications from J.U.B.
Engineers, Inc, the City will proceed with the letting of a bid for
park development.
Section 2. The concept of the hi11side park will be changed as
fo11ows: Eliminate sand paths and comfort station, decrease picnic
tables by 2, decrease bar-b-que stations by 1, decrease concrete
picnic area and walkways, add drinking fountain and faucet.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval.
