DECKER, HALEY, KRASEN, PEARMAN
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED APRIL
18, 1978.
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1978 the Eagle City Council adopted
Resolution 4-78 which adopted the Eagle, Idaho Comprehensive Plan.
WHEREAS, the Eagle, Idaho Comprehensive Plan has never been
amended.
WHEREAS, the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission recommended
to the Eagle City Council that this plan be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1. Page 61-62 of the current Eagle Comprehensive Plan
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. A new section "AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN" is
added and attached hereto as "ANNEX A".
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval.
