A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT OF THE CITY CONCERNING THE HIGH-
WAYS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY LYING WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY WITHIN ANNEXED
AREAS.
RECITALS:
1. The Eagle City Council, in Ordinances Nos. 44, 45, 47,
48 and 50, annexed certain real property to the City of Eagle.
Copies of those ordinances are attached to this Resolution and by
reference incorporated herein.
2. In annexing the properties described in the aforesaid
ordinances, the City of Eagle did not specifically refer to the
highways or rights-of-way lying wholly or partially within the
annexed areas.
3. The City of Eagle intended to annex all highways lying
wholly or partially within the aforesaid real property described
in the ordinances attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Eagle does
resolve that all highways and rights-of-way lying wholly or par-
tially within the real property described in the ordinances
attached hereto are annexed into th City of Eagle, Ada County,
Idaho.
