RESOLUTION AND APPLICATION
A RESOLUTION authorizing and approving participation in the Public Employee
Retirement System of Idaho and APPLICATION for admission.
BE ,IT RESOLVED BY
MAYOR AND C'.OTlNC'.n.
AS FOLLO\~S:
THAT CITY OF EAGLE , a political subdivision
of the State of Idaho, hereby authorizes end approves the participation and
membership of its eligible employees in the Public Employee Retirement System
of Idaho pursuant to Title 59, Section 1309, Idaho Code, and authorizes the
expenditure of the- necessary funds to cover the cost for such participation in
the Systern.
THAT the officers with"authority to transact business are hereby author-
ized to enter into a contract with the Public Employee Retirement System of
Idaho and execute such other documents as may be required to participate in the
System.
THAT APPLICATION is hereby
