5-83
BY THE COUNCIL:
STOPPELLO, WALKER, PEARMAN
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DESIGN REVIEW FEE
WHEREAS: the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL finds that design review
application fees should be utilized to offset all or part of
the administrative costs of processing such application; and
WHEREAS: some Design Review applications have been
processed at no fee due to the donation of the cost of the
improvement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1. That each application for design review shall
be accompanied by a fee of 10% of the cost of the improvement
up to a maximum of $75.00 or a minimum of $25.00 and the same
hereby is, adopted and approved as the Design Review Applica-
tion fee.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED BY the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this
13th day of September, 1983.
