BY THE COUNCIL:
DECKER, HALEY, STOPPELLO, WALKER
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY THE
ADDITION THERETO OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY TO THE DESIGNATED
INDUSTRIAL AREA OF THE CITY OF EAGLE AS SHOWN ON MAP XII
(COMMUNITY DESIGN OF THE EAGLE CITY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN)
WHEREAS, on March 1, 1983, the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission recommended that the application of Leslie D. Cullen
for an amendment to the Eagle Comprehensive Plan be approved,
and;
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1983, the Eagle City Council approved
the application of Leslie D. Cullen for an amendment to the Eagle
Comprehensive Plan, and;
WHEREAS, on May 24,1983, the Eagle City Council adopted
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as required by section
67-6535, Idaho Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1.
That the Eagle City Comprehensive Plan as
adopted on April 18,1978 be amended by adding to the industrial
area of the Eagle Comprehensive Plan, as that area is designated
on Map XII of the Eagle Comprehensive Plan, that parcel of property
generally described as being on the West side of North Eagle Road
immediately North of Boise Valley Packing Company described as
a portion of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 17, T.4N., R.1E., B.M..
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, and more specifically described as:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section
17, Common to Sections 17,8, 9, and l6, thence
South 0000'00" West a distance of 578.18 feet
along the center line of Eagle Road, to a point,
thence North 75050'00" West a distance of 34.04
feet to the real point of beginning; thence
North 75050'00" West a distance of 48.46 feet,
thence South 67000'00" \.]est a distance of 191.40
feet, thence North 82045'00" West a distance of
303.65 feet, thence North 15005'56" East a
distance of 244.81 feet, thence South 75050'00"
East a distance of 475.07 feet, thence South
0000'00" West a distance of 95.48 feet, to the
real point of beginning.
The parcel contains 2.16 acres more or less.
Section 2.
This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage from and after its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED By the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this
24 day of May , 1983.
