RESOLUTION
5-84
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING IDAHO STATE CODE #18-1515 CONCERNING
DISSEMINATING MATERIAL HARMFUL TO MINORS.
WHEREAS, the State of Idaho has Idaho Code #18-1515 in full
force and effect concerning disseminating material harmful to
minors; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Eagle feel
that our children are our greatest treasures, - and our responsibility
is to protect them both physically and morally during their formative
years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE }1AYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
SECTION 1.
Code #18-1515.
That the City of Eagle supports the State of Idaho
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED By the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho this 26th
day of June 1984.
