RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CUT OFF DATE FOR
THE PRINTED AGENDA: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO THAT:
SECTION 1. A printed agenda will be prepared
by the City Clerk on Tuesday afternoon preceding
each meeting.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and
approval hereof.
ADOPTED BY the Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, this 13th day of March ,1984.
APPROVED BY the Mayor of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, this 13th day of March ,1984.
